Advantages and Disadvantages of Microsoft Word
Advantages:
-It facilitates the visualization of the text that is processed, thus allowing to have a clear idea of what will be printed.
-It facilitates text editing, adding text, cutting, pasting, etc.
-It supports a number of formats, graphics, styles, tabulations, tables, etc. What makes it extremely flexible.
-The use of the spelling and grammar checker allows the user to clarify doubts at the time of transcription, in addition to other language tools such as synonyms / antonyms, etc.
Disadvantages:
The main disadvantage that Word has as a processor, is a security flaw present in all versions of the same, at present this flaw seems to be solved, but in the same way caution must be taken with the updates, because in occasions uninstall files of interest for the user.

The first version of Microsoft Word was developed by Charles Simonyi and Richard Brodie, two former Xerox programmers hired in 1981 by Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
